I gave rights to the Emulator folder and it worked. Largely had to do with the Permission settings in the SDK folder. However, when I try to set up a virtual device in the SDK, it tells me that I can't start it and that it's an 'Unknown error.' How can I check to see if virtualization actually is enabled or not, or how else can I get HAXM to work? I feel like I've tried everything except get into BIOS the boot function doesn't seem to be working for me. Also managed to identify that my system can use virtualization. Has anyone here had issues setting up Android SDK and the emulator that used Intel HAXM on a Mac? I've installed it manually and have managed to identify that it's working.
